Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting Howe Farm Flowers, a seasonal cut flower farm based on the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire border. Flower farmer Amber loves to grow beautiful, seasonal cut flowers with a proclivity for scent and sustainability.

Our shoot focused around her floral bouquet workshops and flowers and tea offering. The workshop involves picking your own bucket of flowers from the stunning flower field and then learning from Amber’s vast knowledge on how to turn that into a stunning bouquet. With lots of chatting, tea, cake and (hopefully) sunshine thrown in for good measure.

Flowers and Tea is a lovely morning out (I know as I’ve since been back to experience it myself). Each guest is given a bucket to fill with the flowers of their choosing from the glorious cutting field. Once finished, they relax in our secret greenhouse garden to enjoy some homemade cake and a cup of tea.
